Old wineskins

I definitely had a bad feeling over the training session I had last Sunday. The VCD is jumping, the video is from the late 80's which reflects that we do not even update our approach and materials. The Japanese trainee in our class pointed out that the dramatic episode pointed to the ugly fact that what we are after in our evangelism is to present a product and a concept, an intellectual exercise rather than a life that has been impacted and changed by the living Lord which will make our contact say, this is what I want for my life.

It hurts but it is true.
